I help people gain an understanding of their feelings, and an awareness of their strengths so that they might live more intentionally and abundantly. I work with men and women who are struggling with depression or anxiety and those desiring to work through life transitions or relational dynamics. I work specifically with women experiencing challenges in the postpartum period as well as those transitioning through the challenging early years of motherhood. I have a passion for working with couples As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator I also enjoy working with couples in the pre-marital stage looking to establish a strong foundation. I believe that our mental and physical health are closely related and I often integrate my training in health, wellness and nutrition in order to attend to a clients overall well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor practicing in Towson, Maryland. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and my master's degree in counseling from Loyola University of Maryland. I also have specialized training as a health and wellness coach.
